Russian Draughts, also known as Shashki or Russian shashki, is the most popular variant of draughts played across Russia, Eastern Europe, and Israel. The objective of the game is to either capture all of your opponent's pieces or strategically prevent them from making any valid moves.

• The King can move diagonally to any free square, both backward and forward. If, after capturing an enemy piece, you still have an allowed jump move, you must continue the jump sequence (jumps are mandatory). A simple piece can perform jumps both forward and backward.
